Roller Skates

Taylor was skating away from the hospital. It was the end of her shift and she wanted to get away as quickly as she could. All the screaming, crying, and yelling. Taylor passed a pond on her roller skates. From the edge of the pond she could see four small, yellow ducklings as they sawm towards her, almost the same yellow as Taylor’s roller skates. She smiled at them, and picked one up. “where’s your mother?” She asked it curiously. It quacked at her sadly and jumped off her hand. The four ducklings wadded into the water, quacking their goodbye.
